World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide
The Upgrade item is used by trainers to evolve Porygon2 into Porygon2. This evolution requires an Upgrade and the Sinnoh Stone, and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools. They provide an extra benefit or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors or other players, looted, obtained as an incentive, or even created by crafting materials. In addition to providing attribute bonuses, upgrade items can also have cosmetic effects.
Upgrade components can include inscriptions, enhancements and infusions. They aren't generally accessible for general use, and are only available to ascended equipment or some non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, and enrichments can be extracted from equipment with an Infusion Extraction Device, or saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Phoenix Boxes unlike other upgrade items are able to be traded and re-used when still attached to the item that is being upgraded. These upgrade items are the most effective way to improve weapon and armor quality without spending Dilithium because they can increase the odds of receiving a high-quality upgrade by two times.
A component that is upgraded within an item can be replaced with another, but doing so destroys the previous one (except for upgrades of ascended equipment and legendaries). Only upgraded items with an identification level of 0 or more can have upgrade components added to them. If you add an upgrade to the weapon already equipped with a suffix or a prefix upgrade the item will be referred to as it appears on the game screen (for example adding the Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor makes it Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can own up to 3 upgrade items at any one time.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a useful addition to any item, since they provide a variety of unique benefits and boosts. Certain glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, which increases the power of the item. These glyphs are available through dungeons, and some even drop in certain World Tier 3 areas. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs are not available on a character that hasn't created a root dungeon of the same depth.
In order to use a Glyph, you must first create it using components and connect them with anchors. The component will then automatically align with other components or paths within the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph with components, you can use the combination of paths and anchors. Drag an element near an element highlighted to snap it into place.
Certain glyphs have requirements to meet, such as having a minimum of 25 Dexterity in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Some require a specific number of Primary Stat nodes to be activated, which can be difficult to achieve. Some glyphs also have a radius that increases as you move it up.
Glyphs are able to be applied to a variety of weapons and objects, except for those of a specific class. Some of these glyphs have additional requirements, like a certain amount of Dexterity damage, or attack damage in a particular part of the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph boosts the probability of preventing enemy attacks by five percent. It also has a 15% chance to make the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
There are also a handful of glyphs that can be added to tools with limited-use capabilities like the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs are counted towards the Combat Mechanic Achievement.
The most commonly used glyphs are the attack glyphs, which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts with a flat value. They are particularly useful for classes with a range like Warriors and Rogues. The Exploit Glyph renders enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to damaging effects.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens can be used for rerolling results that are rolled during an Action. When the reroll happens the tokens are then discarded. Reroll tokens are obtained in a variety of ways, such as through raids, dungeons, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased in the shops or from other players. They are especially beneficial in dungeons or trials, since they allow players to reroll rewards from the end of the chest.
item upgrading are available for items at level 1. When recycle an item, it will add a certain number of points to the gauge of upgrade. This number is determined by both the item's rarity and level. The upgraded item will also not retain its level if it is rerolled, and the cost of recycling an upgraded item increases as its level rises.
Another option is to make use of reroll tokens to make an upgrade item rerollable however, this won't return the item to its original state or provide the original statistics. This is a great option for those who want to reroll a piece of equipment that they don't like but still want to keep in their collection.
There are three kinds of upgrade tokens in the game: reroll random, and upgrade. Each type comes with a couple of subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll come in three different levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each level requires an item from the respective level in order to create the new item of the same quality.
To make use of reroll tokens right-click the Satanic or Angelic item in the inventory and select "Reroll Token". Then, choose a type of token.
